Hi All,
Whaaky is the biggest fraud company in the whole universe. They pretend to be professional but they are absolutely non-professional guys.
They will display such attractive products but when you actually get them, you will find them to be such a low standard items where size does not match to the market standards
Also the way they communicate with the customers is pathetic. Even a one man store does not run that way. Really crazy and cheats.
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM OR YOU WILL REPAY LATER AS I AM DOING NOW
My story of the dealing with Whaaky goes like this
1. I ordered a set of vests on 09/06/2014 having order number S80418227
2. Finally the item got dispatched on 23/06/2014 (i.e. 15 days later than the actual order). They were of really below standard size i.e. their XL size was smaller than the standard S size
3. When I filed a complaint, I received a message on 26/06/2014 stating “Snap shots should be sent within 48 hours. No claim will be accepted after 48 hours”
4. Then I mailed Whaaky the snapshot of the product and a snapshot of the normal XL size and the difference between the two on the same day i.e. 26/06/2014
5. Unfortunately I did not got a response on the same, therefore sent a reminder on 01/07/2014
6. Then on 02/07/2014, I received a message from Whaaky stating “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a replacement. As per our replacement policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address”
7. Then on 04/07/2014, I replied to their mail for the refund instead of a replacement as the product was of very inferior quality / size
8. Again on 05/07/2014, I reminded them for the same
9. Then on 07/07/2014, I got a message from Whaaky stating “Currently we do not have return pick up facility.
You may ship the product to us and we will ensure to reimburse the same through a mobile recharge. As per our company policy, self-shipment charges of 100/- will be paid in the form of mobile recharge.”
10. On 08/07/2014, I courier the product back to Whaaky for replacement / refund
11. On 12/07/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name.”
12. Repeatedly I mailed Whaaky on 20/07/2014, 24/07/2014 and 25/07/2014 and again I got the same reply that the product will be dispatched in another 4 days
13. On 25/07/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days”
14. Being so FRUSTRATED, finally on 28/07/2014, I posted the whole discussion and their unprofessional behavior on Mouthshut.com and did informed Whaaky about the same (in anticipation that they will at least show some professional behavior now). Unfortunately and as expected, they DID NOTHING ABOUT THAT AS WELL. I just got a reply back stating “As an exceptional case, we have considered your request for an urgent dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name”
15. Again on 28/07/2014, repeatedly on 01/08/2014 and 05/08/2014, I requested them to dispatch the product or refund me my money (along with the courier charges that I spent to send the product back).
16. Finally on 06/08/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have replaced your product as per your complaint. The Replacement for the Order Number: S80418227 has been dispatched on[protected] through ARAMEX courier & the consignment number is: [protected]
17. I then informed Whaaky on 11 Aug, repeatedly on 13 Aug that neither I have received any product till now, nor have got any response from Whaaky (as expected from this unprofessional company).
18. Finally on 16/08/2014 (i.e. days after the original purchase), I got the product from Whaaky, however it is the same product which I have sent back to them for the replacement. Again their XL size is smaller than the standard S size of other brand. Also I never received the mobile recharge of 100 rupees which they committed against the courier charges that I have paid.
Best part of their customer support is that they never keep the communication chain so that their unprofessional behavior does not get highlighted easily. Every time you get a response, it will be in a new chain and that too without your order number in the subject line or anything else from which the actual chain could be traced.
I have consolidated all the communication with Whaaky so that others may not end up wasting their time and hard earned money dealing with such a STUPID / FRAUD / UNPROFESSIONAL company like Whaaky.

What do you guys think of your self. You keep on asking the customer too take action in 4 days, but have you kept any deadline for yourself. To you dispatch the items in 26 days. Then it is such a cheap quality item and that too of below standard size. Then you ask customer to dispatch it back in 4 days but you yourself do not pick the phone and respond to the mails after couple of days. Really pathetic service. Can I expect a call from you guys or do you want me to file a complaint against you.

I have now send the courier back to the address mentioned by you but am not sure if I have mentioned the order number or not. Therefore I have now attached the courier slip so that you could link the same with the Order No: S80418227
As it took 150 rupees to send it back, please let me know by when can I get the refund of the actual amount and the courier charges. I hope you would not be sending me the same stuff again (8 vests of really cheap quality)

This is the last time I am mailing to you stupid company ran by really stupid and fool guys who actually thinks that customers are uneducated and cannot do anything against you. Unfortunately you need to understand that it is not the case. I have dealt with you for the first time and it was such a pathetic experience. I assure you, that I will not shop anything from your site further. Neither anybody else known to me will ever buy anything from your store. I will also make sure that your deeds gets highlighted in every survey site wherever people scan for the company prior to dealing with it (and fortunately I know lot of those sites).
The story with your dealing goes like this

12. Now it is the end of 20/07/2014 and I have neither received the Replacement / Refund nor the mobile recharge of 100 rupees.
Best part of your customer support is that they never keep the communication chain so that your unprofessional behavior does not get highlighted easily. Every time you get a response, it will be in a new chain. That’s the reason I have consolidated all the mails in the reverse order of date and have attached for you quick reference.
If you have any conscious left and really want to do some business in today’s world; I would expect a prompt action on this mail?

I know you don't have the product available (as it is not shown on your site as well) and are just passing out time to harass me. Do you really want me to file a complaint against you with all the communication that I have (that should be sufficient to win the case against you).
