I have ordered for a product at whaaky .com and its more than a month and i haven't received the product till date and i trying to contact there customer care which shows busy always and i have even lost lot of mobile currency calling there customer care number .There is no response from there side in any form.I have been showing my concern by mailing them but they have a standard reply saying "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you". I think they are cheating the people by giving some offers. I think i am being cheated by them. I request your good office to look into the matter, so that many people like me are not cheated.
For your reference i have attached there mails after the order till date.I hope your office will help me this regard.
