Whaaky.com — Complain regarding the product

Sir I have ordered shoes but they were not the same as shown online. Whaaky customer care team said to return them back. I have returned them back and asked for the refund. But till now they have not taken any action reagrding the same. I am requesting you to consider my problem as I have made a mistake by ordering to this company. My order no. is S80494107. I have sent you the Product via Courier Name:- Indian Post and AWB No.:- EU[protected]IN. Please take up the action as soon as possible.
