Whaaky.com — For refund my full including return charges

I am Ashawini Kumar Sharma, ordered a Woodland Shoes Limited offer on
20th July, 2014 (Order No. is - S[protected]. I have received the packets
on 28th July, 2014. Ehen I opened it, I feel that it is not up to the
mark. So please refund my payments against the order. My Mob. No. is
[protected].
In continuation of below mail I am also attaching the courier charges receipt (Rs. 352/-) for your needful please. The total refund amount Rs. 1400/-

as per tralling mail they are saying that the retun pkt. not received by them at 6:11 PM but as per proof It was reached.
