Whaaky.com — My Items are not returned yet

I have purchase my items from whaaky.com site, but the items was not correct so i return to their address for replacement, Now they got my shipment and i got an mail about it and he told me that we will re-shipped the correct items, But i didn't get it back and it's been about 20 days.
