[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — Not refunding my money

Hi All, I have more concern now and worried if I lost my money on whaaky.com. Because I sent product back to whaaky.com and reciecved the email on On 7/28/2014 3:03 PM. Mail was mentioned they will clear my amount in 7 business days. But its more then 7 business days now and no confirmation yet. Please help me to get my money back from whaaky.com My Product order: S80468142

Can anyone help me to out this please. This company not refunding my money.
whaaky company is not returning my money and even they are not responding my email as well. Hi Support, Can you tell me the exact date to refund my money. See the email conversation trail. Its like misleading the conversation.
