Whaaky.com — Order placed and product not received

I have ordered a SONY Power Bank, Order no-S80914218 Amout Rs 499/-, which I paid online on 04th Sep 2015. But till date Whaaky.com not able deliver my order. I tried several times to contact customer care but no one is ready to talk. Also I sent too many mails to [protected]@whaaky.com. They are not able to send even a single reply mail. While tracking my order status, it shows Ready to despatch. Neither they delivered my order nor refunded money.
