Dear sir /mam, I am very disappointed from getting my order no S80327674 in the name of VINOD DHIR C/ O SRI SATHISH MODGIL.I was a order booking date 20/04/2014 & received after 11/06/2014 approx. 2 months late Poor service after 3-4 mails n after 3-4 calls by me. Whaaky ads n commitment for 2 cantabile paint & a formal shirt. But it is not up the mark. These items are very third grade u can see the pics of your sending items which is attached. I have no concern for rs. 700 but a big company also a commitment for cantabile paints n send a third grade quality clothes. this company use the cantabile name also it is wrong. I am going to consumer court n cantabile company customer care also to make a learning for your organization. This is totally fraud with a customer it is not tolerable. I have a new order with you please cancel the order no. S80480488. If you could not taken a fast action n not feed my requirement to me as per commitment n your ads then I will go consumer court n cantabile company also.
