Whaaky.com — Order# S80467283: Did not receive complete order. No response on complaint

The above mentioned order was given on 4 July 2014 and it was communicated to me that it will reach me within 7- 10 working days. Later I received only one item (Raincoat) of the 2 that I had placed (other order was set of 3 Bermudas) and since then, I have been pursuing them to give me a proper explanation. Every time I get the same auto reply that your order will be fast tracked. No proper follow up have been done. I have attached the mail chain and the description of the order. Although this is the matter of a product that costs only Rs 699 but this is serious as such frauds with multiple people can lead to a huge scam altogether. I hereby request that a serious action to be taken against such frauds and the consumer forum should set up an example against all others who are engaged in such practices.
