Whaaky.com — Payment not refund

I am order a product from whaaky it was delivered but product is mismatch i am contact to whaaky costumer care no. And they say you return your product to whaaky once we are recived your product we refund your money in 7 business day but today is 15 days whaaky is not refund my money and i am also send my account details but no response from whaaky so i kindly request to u pls help me
