Whaaky.com — Products I received was old their tags were torn

My Work Order was S80435535.I ordered 2 shirts and a mobile phone, they said it will be dispatched within 2-3 days.But after some 35-40 days I got the product on 26th July.As I tried the shirts i noticed their tags were torn and they looked kind o[censored]sed shirts or old.Their size was also small.I mailed them about this but in vain Please help me. Thank You
