Whaaky.com — size mismatch in order

Dear Whaaky I really irritated with the service you provided. I place an order for Denim pants combo of size 38 and in delivery I got size of 30. After receiving wrong product I tried customer care more then a hour but no response from them I think in your dispatch section and in a warehouse section even in customer support peoples are in sleep mode. When customer order for a thing, its your duty to deliver correct products, other wise inform customers that, we are unavailable to full fill the orders. Don't collect money stupidly with customers. It is not good way to deal with customers. Don't play with customer one fine day you will be answerable for that.
