not working product received

I have ordered two power banks and recieved them on 19/03/2018 but the power banks which i received was not matching the description and more over the power banks received are not working and found to be defective. Please return the same and request you to refund the amount asap.

received a product of different size and low quality

I ordered combo of 3 white cotton shirts of regular fit with full collars of XL size as it is equal to 42" inches. But I got 3 shirts among them one is rough beans type dull white. Size of one shirt is 16-34" and remaing two not mentioned but it 38". What to do with these shirts, I do not know. I want my money back. Will you help me? How to return this and get my money back?...
