[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — product return and no proper response from whaaky and no contact details apart from the support mail who gets delay reply mails

I have requested for a return to whaaky support and i have received reply stating to send the images of the product and description of reason for return.

I have clearly mentioned that the product is not as specified with clear description and its been a week till now i did not receive a return initiate mail from them.
