I bought a whirlpool washing machine in Nov 2021. I revcieved my product on 22nd Nov and it got installed on 28 Nov. After 3-4 months the machine started giving me troubles I registered my first complaint on 9 th of March.Now from last 10 days i am constantly complaining to them about the product they are giving me replacement but they are charging me 40% depreciation charges when my product is in warranty. In the period of 1.5 years 5 to 6 complaints have been registered by me and 3 parts have replaced of a brand new product costing INR 28000. They are completely mentally harrasing me by saying we will charge you depreceation and this our last call. The product is not damaged by customer how can they ask depreciation from customer when it is continously giving manufacturing defaults.

Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
If you have all details regarding the tickets raised for your issues, I think you should move to consumer court and seek compensation for time consumed, food and beverage wasted, and as for product refund.
I plan to do the same with my Whirlpool refrigerator.
