Our Whirlpool washing m/c Freshcare 7010
2019 model not working .we called cutomer service and they checked the m/c and try to remove the electronic pcb board and he couldn't remove it and told me tomorrow he will come and check. Same next day i call them he told me that we have replace the board at the cost of approximately Rs 8500/- if i ok for the same then only they come and change the board and they will not repaire the board.
