I purchased Windsor Lead acid Tubular Battery model No. 17036 from Shalu Inverter and Battery House, Circular road rewari. Invoice no. is 111 date 24/04/2021. Now battery getting too much hot. I complained it to the shopkeeper regarding this. They told me that may be it is problem with inverter. Kindly check your inverter. I asked to check the inverter to the electrician they told me that inverter is good. Problem is with in the battery. I again called the distributer and told them regarding this. Distributer told me that call the Company toll free no. and they will do something.
Now company's Toll free no[protected] is neither working nor responding. I also mailed them regarding this till now no reply from them.
Kindly resolve this issue i am now hopeless.
