Wine Shop Gurgaon — Fraud

I wanted to order for beer. Called the number [protected] and then the guy on the other side asked me to pay 2030. I paid it though Paytm. Subsequently, he asked me to make a registration in Paytm for generating bill. He asked me to use the feature of message in Paytm and to write a bill number in the place of amount.I doubted his motive . Then he asked me to pay with INR 1. I tested it with INR 1. The amount was debited from my account and then immediately credited. Then he somehow convinced me to put the bill no 19051 in the amount section of Paytm. I paid it but the money did not get refunded. He told me that there is some system error and I need to put it again the same amount to get my money back. I did it. Again an amount of 19051 got debited from my account. I then challenged him and he disconnected the line . Trying to get in touch with him since then . He is picking up the line but every time giving new excuse of not refunding the money. Even asking for the credit card number, CVV no and OTP.
So overall it is a big fraud . He is not switching off the number .
