[Resolved] Wipro — PF funds not transferred | |
I worked in Wipro and I left Wipro in Oct 2023. Before leaving I transferred my previous company PF funds to Wipro and it was succesful transfer. Now when I joined other company i again transferred my previous company Wipro funds to my current PF account. Here Wipro did the mistake that has not been resolved yet. They transferred Wipro accumulated funds only and the funds that I transferred from previous company was not transferred. I raised multiple ticket through Wipro alumni portal that didn't work, they don't even understand the issue that put their comments and close the ticket. I written mail to Wipro pf helpdesk, they replied and told that they will transfer the rest amount with in 15-20 days. However its been more than 20 days and I didn't recieve any confirmation from Wipro and when iam checking my pf passbook EPFO website is showing error only. I am not worried about the error that EPFO portal is showing, I am worried about the rest amount if it is transferred by Wipro. I need help, it is my hard earned money and iam in need of immediate funds. I want to get my concern resolved asap. Was this information helpful? | |
Apr 27, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I tried contacting Wipro though their alumni.wipro.com portal. I raised multiple tickets to get my concern resort. However it didn't help much and they provide email address [email protected]. i emailed them my concern and they told that they will transfer the rest amount to my current PF account and it will take 15 to 20 days. However its been a month now and again I raised ticket to get the update. The update I recieved from them is heartbreaking and unacceptable. They said that their internal tool is down so it couldn't happen, we will try again and share update with you. I have no option now only to wait for their update. Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I am trying to update my Father's name on my PF account. WIPRO has given my name and father's name as same. I have been mails for 2 years now. Now they want me to change my father's name in my Pan card which is expansion of his intials. I told them instead of submitting pancard I can submit aadhar and voter id with the same name. PANCARD authority said that it is not possible to leave initials on the pancard. I tried to explain this to them but they are unwilling to help me. I also cross checked with regional passport centre at Kannur, they said I can correct my father's name without Pancard. I am not sure what more I can do to withdraw my on PF, when it's clearly a mistake from there end. I worked for the money, I am asking for any free money.
