Wipro — Regarding Full and Final Settlement Amount[protected]

My Last working day in Wipro was 23.06.2021. I have also registered in alumni portal to check the status of F&F and is showing completed but didn't receive the full and final amount yet. I have also sent the mail to finalsettlement.[protected]@wipro.com but no response. Submitted helpline ticket also from alumni portal but as usual closing the ticket without any resolution.
