Wipro — Santoor handwash

I had purchased a combo pack of 250 ml wipro santoor handwash + 2 refills of 180 ml. From shopclues vide my order dated 28.1.2015.

To my utter surprise, one of the refill pouch even though it is sealed from all the sides is completely empty. The other pouch is ok. I had just kept it all these days unused as i was using other large bottles stock with me.

Its a very severe matter. Photo of pouch attached.I have the empty pouch with me.

Wipro — Ticket cancellation

I have booked a ticket for wrong date for telugu movie Bruce Lee in book my show. I want to cancel the the ticket, but there is no cancellation option in book my show. I want my money back please help me.
