Embark background verification

I have successfully completed my profile with embark and it is showing 100% completed but i got a mail that you have not completed your profile when i login then i found that gender option is not filled there. But i have checked this option before submitting and it was filled at that time and it is also showing 100% completed. So please tell me what should i do now. I am a male. I am not able to edit the profile how can i filled this option....

        Sir i had uploaded all the documents for background verification except my B.Tech now it is showing you cannot edit what should i do now

            I got placed in Wipro, my resume number[protected]. I was not able to complete my background verification due to an issue in phone number slot it is showing some extra number so that it is becoming invalid because of that I was not able to move to the further steps. As a result of that I could not complete my background verification. I kindly request you to solve this issue as early as possible as there is less time for me to complete this. I have already submitted my problem statement to the Wipro company but there is no response. I request you to go through my problem so that I could complete my background verification.

                  After I accepted the LOI. I got an email about the Background verification process. I had to upload all the documents. So I did. I had uploaded all the documents and submitted the form. Now it shows the profile is 100 % complete and the form cannot be editted. And then I checked again my all pdf documents are showing on the form except the 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificate. Please help me.

                            I am a diploma student. During background check it showing message like "Please provide 10th and 12th details to proceed" even after I entered the 10th, diploma and btech details. It is proceeding when I select the 12th option instead of diploma.

                            bro, I'm a diploma student too. after uploading my 10th, diploma and b tech documents, the website is throwing an error message which says, "Please provide 10th and 12th details to proceed." therefore, the website is not allowing me to proceed any further .. any suggestions? the time is running out

                            Upload your diploma details in 12th section and also in diploma section. It will only work if we provide 12th details.
