We ordered for airpods from wireless villas online. It was a combo like for rs1699 we would get two Sony airpods. We then received a parcel from bluedart and paid rs1699 to delivery agent. When we opened the parcel we found out that there was only jbl speaker. It was a used one and only worth rupees 700. But we had paid 1699. So we placed return and sent back the product to return address. We also mentioned about the return in their website. But now we are not able to contact seller. We are getting information as site no longer available. And their contact number is switched off. We need our money back. Was this information helpful? |
