Wise Technology — Illegal mail asking to appear in court to pay money

Mails received from [protected]@gmail.com and advsaurabh.[protected]@gmail.com saying if money not paid suitable action will be taken. Please do the needful.

During lockdown period in the month of April/May, phone call was received asking for can I do work from home from Wise Technology, Aurangabad .
They told me will pay for data entry work and They will provide me the work so that I will do it and submit. After their QC approval the money will be paid within one week. But no such work was given to me and now they are asking me to pay penalty charges for software development which is Rs 95500 through mail and personal calls from Adv Saurabh Singh and asking to me be present in the court with my lawyer to pay the required amount or arrest warrant will be issue against me.
So kindly request you to please go through this matter as I am now working in industrial area as Purchase Incharge
