Respected sir,
This is to inform you that I recharge my internet account on 31st July after 12 am online through your website which I usually do every month. This time the money was deducted from my account but my internet was not reactivated. I spoke with my local distributor of your internet and also spoke with the customer care.
The lady from the customer care department informed me that no money was received. So she informed me to send and email with the screen shot of my bank transaction which is attached below for your reference with this email.
Later I paid my local distributor to recharge my internet as I needed for my work.

Amount is RS 588.82
I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible back to my account.
