Wittycart — cheap product (smartwatch) received

I have ordered smart watch from wittycart and the quality of product is very cheep and it's not that of quality which i saw online & ordered. Also the model of watch is different.

This product is totally different and now i want to return the product but there is no option given by wittycart even there is return policy defined by them.

Kindly help me to return this product and want my money back
