[Resolved]  Wockhardt Limited — malfunctioning glucometer

dear sir, I had purchased a glucometer of your company 3 months before I had taken medicines (doses) as per its reading shown higher and higher and developed symptoms of hypoglycemia though it was in my knowledge that the meter is showing higher reading but your representative once on complain assured me that he has corrected it now as it was having coding defect but it is still giving higher 30% than the actual reading, have tested the result two times I think it become a head ache for me not being a helpful device to monitor my diabetes it may produce danger for my life therefore I request You please kindly give instruction to the authentic person to correct it or say your dealer to replace it giving me a correc gluco meter
