On September 4, 2022, I had ordered for some inner wear listed as 'Ultra-thin-Ice Silk Bandeau(Pack of 3) × 1' from their website, 'outfitswear.com'. The patent mode was COD and when the item was delivered by 'shiprocket', I paid Rs. 1099 on September 11, 2022. The shipping details are:
Order ID : #7933, Courier : Delhivery, AWB No. : [protected].
When I opened the package, I found it was a 2 pairs of cheap lycra leggings worth not more than Rs. 200. Customer care is very difficult to contact. When I finally spoke to them on September 12, 2022, the person send it was a delivery mistake and the company will refund and a courier will collect the item from me. For the refund, he said he will send a link to my whatsapp for downloading. The link looked suspicious and was for an app that my phone's security settings warned me against downloading. The app also contained a virus. When I called back customercare about this, the same person just disconnected and I am not able to get through afterwards. The website does not look genuine.
