Dear Concerned,
This is to inform you that I am your Reliance postpaid customer and with high dissatisfaction and frustration have decided to discontinue your services due to poor customer services and worst network. I have applied to port my SIM since Nov. 2015 but after constant follow-ups in Nov - Dec -Jan, I am still facing this issue. On top of it your 2 executive -
Mr. Nitin ([protected])
Mr. Ravi ([protected])
are never giving us the required customer support. I am calling then for 5-10 times daily as well as sending then SMS but to no response ever. If this the BS services you guys are rendering kindly shut down your organization instead of giving fake commitments at the time of sale.
I want an immediate action at this otherwise I and my colleagues who are using Reliance services, are all planing to discontinue Reliance. Was this information helpful? |
