I had applied on carbikemovers.com and from there they arranged me a call from woodland logistics. After having a discussion the price was finalized for 5000 for 1 suzuki Gixxer bike and 2 cartoon. The date of delivery was 29th march 2021, a guy came to pick up the delivery and he came by a local auto to pick up the luggage which was highly unprofessional, because no logistics come with a auto to take luggage, then I handed over the bike and these cartoon to the respective person and then I received the invoice and was asked to pay, I paid 5000 as per the invoice and they said by 30 or 31st, your shipment will be released, post which till 1st of april, I did not receive any tracking details, post which I called them to ask the same and they said it is on hold as I have to pay 3600 extra. When enquired about what, they said it is for GST, border tax, this place gst and that place gst, when said i already paid according to the invoice, their language became rough and said that if you won't pay the amount your shipment won't reach your destination and post that when I denied started abusing me and as I saw many complaints, they play the same trick.
