This is a very shameful act you had done with your customers who trusted you and your team is not answering correctly. At the time of pickup they are very polite and packed well but after next hours they start demanding fee and they confirmed that delivery will be done in 3 days only with dedicated truck but i got delivery on 6th day ( Virar to Haridwar) with my 50% items are damaged or dented which included Refrigerator, Almirah, TV Stand, Bed, Mattress(Not usable) and 50% kitchen utensils are also damaged and my some items are still missing after 12 days of delivery.
Your Andheri Team Mr. Sunder([protected]) is saying you will get in next day but now 12 days after i did not receive.I had booked a dedicated truck but at the time of delivery, The delhivery person said these items are coming by part load. That's why items are damaged.
