Dear Sir,
I bought the woodman Big B Gold Android stereo in Jan-2020 for my Maruti Ertiga car.
Since day 1 FM is not working and I have been requesting to fix it.
I was said that will be fixed in next software upgrade, which didn't happen. Later I started complaining again over whatsapp and call.
They responded saying that due to COVID-19 the company which is working in China has closed and we have to wait till the engineers resume back to work after the COVID.
Even today I am facing the issue and nothing has been resolved yet.
This product had a warranty for a period of one year.
I had paid Rupees 17, 099/- and I would like to reimburse my entire amount and compensation for troubling me since Jan-2020
