I purchased Woodman car stereo Reload 2.0 customized for Mahindra XUV300 from website hiwoodman.com, on 27.04.2021 for Rs. 18, 999, order no. 79304. After installation it was noticed that there is a gap between screen and dashboard and complaint raised to Woodman through whatsapp on 27 jul21. Woodman replied and asked to fill form online in Co. website. On 05 aug21 WM said it was working with Frame manufacturers and once they get new frame will update me. After that they stopped responding in WA.
Thereafter I complained through email at [protected]@hiwoodman.com on 7 Sep21. WM replied they want time till next Saturday.
But no resolution has been done till today inspire of numerous followup emails on 25/9, 4/10, 16/10, 12/11 etc. WM has just been fooling me with some or other excuses.
Pl help in resolving issue.
