This is stated that I am Sanjay Ghosh R/o H.No. 377, Z Block, Gautam Buddha Nagar, 201301.
Few days back my Refrigerator was broke down due to which I have register my complaint in Worker Clap on on 11th December 2021 for providing technical resolution. The technician visited my home, he has done some repairing work, has made drills on the refrigerator & charges some fee and confirmed everything in the refrigerator is completely fine. After 2-3 days the Refrigerator made heavy sound and broke down again for which I queried the worker clap, they send the same technician again. This time the technician said that PCB board has some fault and take away the PCB with him and charged some fee again in advance. After this I called him several times but he ignored my call every time. He even make false promises that he will come on that specific day, when I take off from my office that the technician will come but he never came due which my salary also got deducted.
I already had given total amount of Rs. 3200/- through Paytm for which he did not given any bill or invoice. Always saying the company will provide the invoice but when I contacted the Worker Clap they also refuse. Every time I followed up with the owner of Worker clap regarding this, he said to file complaint against the technician in the police station and he never took any action against this. Its been 2 months till date and when I finally asked the technician for the status of my PCB board, he said he thrown that board in Dustbin and the refrigerator can never be repaired.
My refrigerator has simple cooling issue but Worker Clap has ruined my whole fridge, due to which I want to file complaint against the Worker Clap and the technician.
I am also mentioning the Name & Number of the Owner as well as the Technician. Please Help.
