this mail receved on date febury 5 2016. containg world bank photo they want my bank detail and personal information. mail want to send this information to

in secound mail providing photo about rbi and letterhead of rbi they want my information about bank account and other detail for providing lottary money .
they declare ref no.cub/Hog/oxd1/2014
payment file no. RBI/id1033/2015/2016
