World Digital Learning — Not able to submit the FREE ad

I completed all columns in FREE ad placements. Page after page. Never saw any where Submit. At last, I clicked the small box on the top right corner arrow and come to c
Contact us last page. In last column it says, CONTACT US - Enter your message and then submit.
But unable to write anything in "Enter your message.
In fact, the whole page is light grey and cannot be edited.
Please help to resolve.
Is it so difficult to place a FREE ad.
