I am a member of World tourio. This is my second year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OWN THIS MEMBERHIP. At the time of membership they said i would get refund of my interest amount but no revert since last 4 months for this year interest amount. Still staff is waiting for HO approval. In complimentary membership you will get below 3* hotel that too one need to pay. There is only one person who reply to all emails as per WT team, so one need to very patient for the booking. One should not be surprised if your date pass by but you dont booking. In peak season how can you expect to get good hotels if you made booking at last moment. i have missed my booking twice due to same reason. By the time you get reply, either train tickets goes in waitng or flight ticket fares rises. I cant plan my trip due to this. I need to first confirm trip booking then transportation. Sles person will not entertain once you take this member since he has got his incentives. You need to follow up so many times for your booking. no acknowledgment of the mails. There are only two contact number which mostly comes busy all the time or they dont answer your call. IT HAS BECOME A PAIN FOR ME NOW. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT UTILISED. I NEED MY REFUND.
