Dear Sir/Madam,
A fraud company fooling customers and making lots of money by giving fake promises to the customers.
Few months back at Matunga petrol pump there was one girl who was doing a promotional activity for a company called WORLD TOURIO LEISURE HOLIDAYS (It’s a fake company I would say this always)
She writes a name of person who is filing the petrol at pump and asking only one question to all the customers on pump Married or Unmarried, if you are married you will be getting a call from our customer care if you win the gift.
After some days my husband Mr. Nitesh Varprasad Bairi received a call from Naaz Shaikh – mobile no. [protected], dated 17th Jan 2019. She also messaged dadar address on my husband mobile no on call she said that you have won the gift visit our dadar branch and collect your gift with your gift. One more thing she told that there would be 45 minutes presentation you have to attend, but my husband said it won’t be possible she said attend at least for 15 minutes but you visit there any how.
On 17th Jan 2019, we both visited Dadar branch of WORLD TOURIO LEISURE HOLIDAYS, there was all young crowd (employee) who was giving presentation to all customers who are coming there, we first filled the form.
Mr. Tejas Giri – Young boy who is not yet graduate had started giving us presentation, in mean while started asking about our personal life then my husband cross question why you are asking question relating to our personal life, then he after some time his introduce us with his senior manager Mr. Mukesh.
Mr. Tejas Giri had explain us whole company history and started with the tour and travel packages, in their company there is a strategic how to fool the customers sitting in front of them. Step by step he started presenting with lie commitments.
He explained whole process of booking on page of papers, he offered us package of 60K in that only domestic tour was included for 3 years plus 1 year complimentary. After 5 to 10 minutes he offered 1 International your included in same package but adding 15K more the total comes to 75K.
After understanding the process, they total us to let us know your decision this offer is valid only for today, Mr. Tejas Giri words was like (On table rate). We both thought on the view and accept the offer of 75K (4 years – 3 Domestic tour and 1 International your).
In our package Mr. Tejas Giri had given has complimentary service of 1 night 2 days tour in 5-star hotel which we have to select from them, we have selected Mahableshwar.
The experience was horrible more than 30 times we called Mr. Tejas Giri. He was not receiving call. Customer care number was not reachable. We called Mr. Mukesh – He told to call day after tomorrow. We were promised amazing gifts free and no money to be paid for anything at all. I was assured a free 2 nights 3 days stay inclusive of travel and food to the place of my choice on their list anywhere in India, further I was assured a 6 night /7 day stay at no additional cost anywhere from the list (I have to pay for my travel & food).
We were helpless started calling Mr. Tejas Giri continuously, after getting connected he told sir sorry please call our customer care for any of your requirement. Customer care commitments on phone was ridiculous.
Customer care told if you are not getting resolution you can call our compliant manager Mr. Sanjay Rajput. My Husband called Mr. Sanjay he was like why several times you call Mr. Tejas, if you have any problem talk to our customer care and started saying we will and refund your money. Go and compliant where ever you want. We will not go cancellation of member ship.
Cancellation of Membership has been discussed with Mr. Tejas Giri (On table as per his words). That time he told us to come office meet our manager he will sale your membership, if not will cancel it on the spot.
Why the fake commitment has been given if whole team of WORLD TOURIO LEISURE HOLIDAYS whom we approached was not able to cancel.
Calling up Mr. Tejas Giri, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Damendra Pandey, Customer care team, Mr. Sanjay Rajput more then 20 to 30 times a day. Not a single person is ready to solve the query.
I am regretting paid 45K money one time. These people are fraud. They gives us fake promise. After receiving money they are not ready to give service to us. When I want to cancel my membership they are not ready to cancel, but so they make people fool. I want cancel my membership but they are saying it is not possible.
I want you to make complaints against them so that they can be punish, please help me of cancel my membership, and to get refund asap.
