Worlpool — product is not getting delivered

Hi team,

I have purchased one washing machine of worlpool and made a payment too, but still did not get the delivery of product. Could you please helo me to get the product.
Continuously after taking the follow up of the product i am unable to get the product. Even today also i was promised that i will get the product asap, yet i have not received it. Sorry to say but i have got tired of this struggling procedure. Please do needful as early as possible.
