Hello sir my name is pranay bhosale..a 10 days ago i joined webpro company they told me to see 150 links after i watched 130 link application exits and i was trying to login it shows multiple login not allowed i called for help...helpline no. Was not asnwering ..and company employee called me and says u have to pay 3000 /- othervise we will take legal action and a advocate patil send me a letter help me to stay out of it plzz

I have also same issues Like other Wpc company call me for part-time job, click to 150 links I have done my job sincerely and now of the guy name Punit Gupta send me legal notice to pay the 3000 rs +1500 as penalty.Please help or guide me what to do now.

Hello sir i am Mayur Rastogi . Few days back i got a call by a company for a part time job. Then a company named wpc webpro pvt. Ltd contacted me and said that it is a very easy job that you have to open 150 links daily and if i wont be able to do that in time i have to pay them rs7750 as penalty. I thought that it is a genuine company so i accepted their terms and conditions and as id proof i gave them my aadhar card picture . They then mailed me their contract. So after that they gave me id and pasword and i started working on it. I did my work very carefully and submitted it. But after 10 days when they sent me failed qc report, i noticed that they even cancelled and marked wrong in my absolute correct pages too. So the next day i contacted their company and asked them why did they do so, but they said its my fault. On the same day, i got a threatening call and msgs from a lawyer named Dipak Patil paying that as i have failed to do my work, i have to pay the company 4500rs otherwise they will send me their legal notice and after that issue of warrant will get lodged against me and my case will be further taken to court. So now pls tell me what do i do?
