Wrist Factory — fake product in big size

I ordered smart ng ring. Rs 2499 from wrist factory couriers by bluedart when i see the images and review i thought nfc ring are branfded but ring are duplicate... I thought would be an nfc ring however the product they delivered seems to be a fake one. I am expecting good quality product but product i get is in very bad... Plz return this order and return my cash
