Wrong Fine With Challan No. Pnccc[protected] — cancellation of fine rs 500 with challan no. pnccc[protected]

Respected sir/madam,
Myself sumit suryakant chillal, own vehicle with registration no mh12nn1141. I received 2 messages of fine for the same vehicle, with the same date & time, at same location. (Snapshots attached)
But as per images shown on website (Snapshots attached) & charges, it confirms valid fine rs 200, for challan no - pnccc[protected] &
Description - parking the vehicle where stopping prohibited/vehicle abandoned on road
And not valid for fine of rs 500, challan no - pnccc[protected], description - without helmet
Reason –
Images shown as evidence are same/ identical. (Snapshots attached)
- it only confirms to charges o[censored]nder section mvdr 22 (2) (A)/177 mva (Parking the vehicle where stopping prohibited/vehicle abandoned on road). - parked vehicle can be seen in prohibited area.
- it does not confirms to charges under section sec 129/177 mva (Without helmet) – no driver seen in photo, only parked vehicle can be seen
So, i hereby request you to cancel charges with challan no - pnccc[protected] as early as possible & give me reply about the same with confirmation. After that i will pay the fine of rs 200 for challan no - pnccc[protected].
