wrong water bill — Water bill wrongly coming

Dear Sir, I am complaining from last four years continuously in Jal Board office of My area in sec-7, R.K Puram. but not getting proper solution from them, in 2012-13 I had submitted applications manually and I have a receiving of them, and now after forming new government and changes in jal board again I have already submitted three times on-line grievance on Jal Board Site, but as usual after some days they close the grievance without any proper action for the same. I have taken water connection in 2007 and paying bills regularly but suddenly started bill amount exceeded and not taking proper reading of meter of my K no. [protected] and they always send average bill with minimum 25 units on monthly basis. and till now I have already paid more amount then the actual in my case, and I am using water only for drinking purpose on my connection. my current reading is 88 in my meter in last 7years, and they have charged many more from us. and still I am not getting subsidy given by delhi govt upto 20000 liters monthly and I am using maximum water upto 2000 liters monthly. plz look into as soon as possible.
