The conductor has not issued the ticket as i stepped just sometime back and all of sudden two sub-inspectors came and they asked me for ticket and by the time i am holding money in my hand and waiting for conductor to issue ticket, but the sub-inspectors came and they fined me, as i am not carrying cash they asked me do paytm and hence i have did it because they blackmailed me that they will file a case against me by stating police station is near by, i really didn't expect this from the officer without my mistake, the persons who is supposed to provide security to common people is the one who is not right at all. I badly need justice as i was fined with 240rs/- with out my mistake,
We live in a democratic country, so i am expecting my justice
