WTCNoida.org — Not receiving monthly rental for my unit at spiretec park, wtc noida

Address: Spiretecpark, Greater noida, uttar pradesh, india

I, harsh ahuja own an unlockable 500 sq ft unit at spiretec park in wtc noida. The building has been leased to the Chinese company vivo and correspondance with them regarding the matter reveals they have made payments in time to wtc but wtc/spiretec park/rsk trust is defaulting in its payments. I have sent several reminders regarding the same to the company. Kindly have all outstanding dues cleared ASAP, harsh ahuja, st940, spiretec park, wtc, noida

I complained to the company via rsk professionals who are managing the payouts and they finally followed up.

I contacted rsk professionals who manage the payouts for spiretec wtc noida and they finally sent payment last month. Hopefully things shall work out. Harsh Ahuja

Hi . I also have same issues for wtc .. if there is any common group or WhatsUp group than pls add me too. . So let's raise a common complaint.
