Dear WWICS Team,
I am writing to communicate my decision that I am not going to voluntarily withdraw my application. However, I must emphasize that my experience with WWICS over the past two months has been far from satisfactory. Despite numerous suggestions provided, I have observed a consistent lack of professionalism and a failure to take effective action.
This situation has resulted in a significant waste of time, which is fundamentally the essence of any contractual agreement. Time is o[censored]tmost importance in immigration services, and it is disheartening to see it treated casually. It has become increasingly clear that WWICS may not possess the capabilities promised, and this experience has eroded my confidence in the services provided.
Moreover, it is concerning that WWICS has not addressed the discrepancy regarding the statement "I am authorized to work" on one of the portals. This lack of explanation further demonstrates a casual approach to their work. Additionally, the fact that it took 50 days to send out the first email on 2oth August 2023 sharing my CV with so-called designated employers, and of those, 99% were unrelated to my industry, is deeply disappointing and raises questions about the efficiency of the services provided.
Given these circumstances, I find it necessary to request a refund for the services not delivered in line with the professional standards expected in this field. I believe this is a fair course of action considering the substantial deviation from our agreement.
To summarize, my experience with WWICS so far has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me feeling deceived and profoundly disappointed. Their false promises, lack of genuine interest have shattered my peace of mind, and I deeply regret ever placing trust in their services. Providing snapshots of our communication that will offer a clear illustration of why I am seeking a refund.
