On 02//04/16 some fraudsters made unauthorized transaction from my canara bank account. And this started like this, on 31st march i just booked a ticket of a colleague from irctc website but in the process no ticket was booked but money got debited from my account. Then i registered a complaint on irctc and tweeted to railway minister to resolve my issue asap. But in the meantime someone read that tweet and mailed me that he was from irctc and wants to refund my money back so he asked my phone number on mail. I gave him my number and he called me to fill all details on www.99refunds.com which was my bank details i. E card details.In the meantime he asked for any alternate number of mine where he gave a missed call from[protected] which is the number mentioned on irctc "contact us" tab. This he did to make me believe that he was truly irctc guy. After that when i filled all details on www.99refunds.com, he made two transactions one of 4990 and other 2000 which was through billdesk payment gateway
