I book Nokia 222 dual sim phone along with mi 10000 mah power bank for Rs. 1499 on 20/06/2016 from www.bookmyoffer.com and got the same through Dot Zot COD on 25/06/2016. As and when i opened the box i was shocked, the Nokia phone was duplicate one and mi power bank was in dismantle condition. Later on I kept the phone aside and tried to charge mi power bank after assembling it but of no use. I tried to call so may times to bookmyoffer customer support but all in vain.
on 01/07/2016 they pickup my call and replied through e-mail and assured me to replace the product, but no any action till 04/07/2016 then again on 04/07/2016 telephonically Mohammad Faizan (Customer Support Executive) assured the same but no action nor any reply till date.

Kindly do the needful

Tried to call bookmyoffer customer care more than 100 times but of no use.Only three times call picked up by CCE, they assured me to resolve the issue, but no reply till date.

Complaint forwarded to core.nic.in and also to microsoft nokia, now going to post the whole story at social networking, if the problem will not resolved tomorrow
