Www.igot.com — Transfer of money in Indian bank account

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a customer of www.igot.com, which is a company registered in Australia, the company is responsible for buying and selling Bitcoins across the globe. The company also has got registered office in India the address as follows IGOT India 2nd floor, 3rd Cross, 4th Main, Chamrajpet, Bangalore, India, CIN: U72900KA2012PTC061947 I had opened an online account with the company www.igot.com, my account id is 27620186 and my registered email id with the company is Sonia.m.[protected]@gmail.com. I had got around 3.58 bitcoins in my IGOT account which is equivalent to INR 63000/- as on 24-Nov-2015. I had transacted and sold around 3.1 bitcoins on 24-Nov-2015 which was equivalent to 63000 Indian rupees as on selling date. I had also made a request for transfer of 0.48 bitcoins to my another bitcoins account on 11-Dec-2015, but till now I have only receive Rs 10000/- in my Indian bank account, my rest of the money is still pending with IGOT, and I am not having any clue when I will receive money in my Indian Bank account, neither I got any bitcoins transfer to my another bitcoin account. I had raised several request to the company Igot.com through their online support ticket which is available in their online portal, but they don't response properly, neither they give a clear view on when they will transfer the money / bitcoins to the respective account. I really got frustrated with the kindly of services provided by Igot.com. I request you to kindly help me in getting my hard earned money back from igot.com. Regards, Prabhjot [protected]
