This is to be concerned with transaction id : n7zm2jj0htc5u6h6aob9 failed or disputed on "10 apr 2016"which was initiated on[protected], via mobile no #[protected] and email address: anita. [protected]@gmail.com and amount rs. 399/- was debited from account however the recharge
Was not successfully completed, and its been more than one month still we are waiting for the refunds
"badly disappointed"
I also tried to lodge the ticket for the same from the same website however it was displaying an error"the account was suspended contact to your system administrator" then i emailed to [protected]@irechargeonline.com on 0106/2016 however no i did not get any response
So you are requested to look into the issue on priority issue and revert the amount of 399/-as soon as possible
Also attaching the failure mail recieved on after unsuccessful recharge.
